afetr d cap is fully charged d currnt shud b zero

yup inte more technically 1 can say dat a fully charged capacitor behaves like an open circuit

so i=0

in this case the current that flows in the circuit is due to the low conductivity of the dielectric. in some of pbms this type of capacitor is called leaky capacitor. this circuit behaves as a rc circuit

vishal my doubt is the function of a dc battery is to maintain a constant potential difference.but in lc circuits the current in the circuit decays.what may be the reason please post ur reply

in LC circuits, current doesn't change abruptly due to the inductor in the circuit- it produces back emf. if DC supply is suddenly removed, then induced emf tries to sustain that current. net result is the current decay
