At any time 't' let the velocity be 'v'
then E=Blv
and charge on capacitor Q=CE= cBlv
Current(i)= dQ/dt = dclBv/dt = clB dv/dt = clBa

Now mg-ilB= ma
or, mg-clBa*lB=ma
or, a(m+cl2B2) = mg
so, a = mg/m+cl2B2
