nishant i did the same thing but i took the 1cm and 6 cm heights separately into consideration along with their respective areas......... and adding both the forces i got the result!!....

hmm... thats coz pressure thru out the liquid will be the same na ??... i divided the forces according to the area n made this blunder ! :D
