A block of mass 50kg is released from the position of rest at which the spring is under a tension of 45N. Find the velocity of the block at a position when its displacement is 150mm.

find x using kx= mg
2Δxmg = (mv2 + kX2 - kx2)
Δx=150mm
X=400mm ( X = x +2Δx)
x=100mm
