11Nice doings - and deeds.....but 1 doubt that suddenly took away my night-sleep....How do u derive that formula to find the exponent of a prime in a given factorial....?
62I think this was discusssed long time back as a QOD! (may be i am wrong.. )
but the logic is simple..
how many of these are divisible by p..
then how many by p^2
how many by p^3 and so on....
Then see what is the contribution of a a number towards a power of prime number...
Thus you get the answer ...
Now think.. (or else mind out the post.. i think it was replied by MAQ aka RACE if i remember correctly.)
