A spherical shell of radius a is earthed. A concentric spherical shell of radius b surrounds it and is given a charge Q.
Can this system be a capacitor?
If yes then find its capacitance, if no then explain

106106arey haan. but while solving we'll have two capacitors naa? one between the two shells and the other between the outer shell and the shell at ∞. So we'll calculate net capacitance as a series combination rite?
