I=V/R (net)
V(net)= 10+10+10+10+10+10-10+10-10-10
= 40 V
R(net)= 4+2+4
= 10 ohm
I= 40/10
=4 ohm (Ans)

Here is the hint. This question is like a maze in which you find a way to come out. In the same way in this you have to find a single loop and write KVL for that. Taking a a loop is the deal.
