u know atmass of Ag =108

so find no of moles and thereby no of atoms
u know atomic no so find tot no of protons

now excess negative charge =1/100 no of protons X electonic charge

use F =KQ²/r with r= 1m

u may assume sphere to be small enuf to ignore induced charges
