11Since you don't have any proof you cannot apply for the option of OBC (Creamy layer).
You will have to mark GENERAL category or try to get a certificate.

1Last year I wrote General Category, I tried to get a certificate last year but they don't give OBC cert. if you study 11 and 12 outside India :((((.
SO just wanted to confirm ke agar OBC mark kiya toh certificate kab dena padega.....
1u have to submit the copy of ur certificate along with ur application form...
