ans is Ca...
but I too am not convinced by it....
anyone trying it ???
A metal X is prepared by electrolysis of fusd chloride. It reacts with hydrogen to form a colorless solid from which hydrogen is released on treatment with water.
a)Al
b)Ca
c)Cu
d)Zn
is dat calcium Bcos as far as i know calcium can be prepared by direct combination of hydrogen and it releases hydrogen on reaction with water
but Ca reacts with hydrogen to give hydrolith (CaH2) and that is a grey powder
ans should be Ca but the colour condition is violating.......... i checked wiki it says it is white in pure form
the grey colour is due to the impurities.....in pure state it is white....
so answer is Ca only....
