no kalyan... initially we don't consider d atmosphere while taking d radius... v juzz take d solid spherical surface of earth into consideration... later when atmosphere condenses, an extra layer will form on earth's surface which increases it's radius...
i couldn't understand dis simple logic behind d question at first glance... :(
