3see in ques 3 we always have friction since we have normal reaction.if we apply a time varying force the frictional force will change that is from static to kinetic.
And also the coefficient of static friction is greater than that of kinetic friction.
3the diag given by eure doesnt give much sense if u were a beginner u shud note that there is a tension in the string so it wont slack.eure knows it but this is for beginners.
