24in my opinion, spring constant is undeformed means that spring retains its linear shape...
it also makes it clear that while solving the question u should neglect internal dempening effects which may effect the spring constatn in any way.....
btw the variation of spring constatn is discussed only at higher level of studies,..so i have no idea from where u got this doubt..[1]
