1fill at d time of counsellin........
dont take chances.......but do make a rough copy of ur preferences and go
JEE counsellin brochure says to fill in the Medical certificate and other undertaking certificates...
They have also provided JEE choice sheet.. should I fill that from home.. or at the counselling centre?

11coz.....d courses which u prefer may already be finishd..(filled)....so its no use of preferin that....
