13BITS Dual is a good option, better to prefer it over a not-so-gud-branch in any NIT.
(Lekin only if u r not specifically inclined to any particular branch lyke CS etc.)
I have got 12k rank in AIEEE,280 marks in BITSAT
q1 Which option should I choose ?
q2 Will AIEEE and BITS cutoffs fall ?
q3 Is MSc from BITS good ?

1u ll easily get nit with a decent stream at 12000 in aieee
i wud not suggest u msc from bits( in my opinion )
1champ u cn good things at BITs at ur score[waise bhi maybe cutoffs r going to fall as i have heard from scores of this year at many-a places]
1I will not get best NIT with my rank.Nor will I get BE at BITS ,so what should I do ?
