I am not in iit...still i reiterate asish's words...study for fun only.....i am sad i realised it in college only

you need to do the following, (as stupid as it may sound)
1)stop thinking about your rank.
2)do basics well
3)keep your cool, (as life is too precious to spend worrying about your outcome in some exam).

but none answered my query ...al are giving advices not a proper statergy..anyways thanks for replying

I know am very inexperience to say anything here, but here what the people said,i.e, their advices are nice. now you have got to know how the toppers think (Asish is a topper his rank in jee 2010 was 568), what they think about studies, its much more important than they giving you some strategy because whtever may have help them( their ways of studies, there ways to solving problem, their timimg of studies etc etc) may be completely different from your view of thinkig.

They have given advices now you make your own plan,strategies and ACT on them.

Whatever Gordo Bhaiya said is flawless.
