sleep again

I recently came across a post in this forum abt guys having very little sleep. But my problem is just the opposite. I sleep too much. It is all ok till I have my dinner but just after dinner, I don't know why, I feel very weak, and then automatically I find myself in bed. The same thing happens in under pressure situations. when i find that I have a huge lot of syllabus to cover, my way to relieve the tension automatically tends to be sleep(which further deepens the crisis!!!) Please give me some advice everyone, as I'm loosing lots of time....

then wake up early

its ok if u sleep upto 8 hrs not more than that

Consult a doctor maybe if you sleep more than 8hrs

hey cipher i also have the same pbm.if ur body feels sleepy just go for it.but u have to wake up early.or after ur dinner just go for a short walk or just do the things that u feel very happy in doing but u have to very careful becos dont waste more time in it.

My doctor has given a ayurvedic medicine for active brain.It helps me to relieve tension to some extent.

maybe a gud advice that u like:

more sleep means that u wud be fresh all time...
dont let even a single moment of that freshness go waste...sieze the best out of it...even if u sleep for 10 hrz(maybe), then during the remaining 14 hrz, schedule them as if the time is not over u, but u r ruling the time...

maybe my advice may help u .. whenever i feel sleepy i rub a little VICKS under my eyes .. the lacrimal glands of my eyes activates and sleep vanishes .... though u may be familiar with the consequences .. burning sensation in the eyes .. don't follow it if u don't like ...

thanks everyone for ur advice. I am Progressing and I seem to have cut down on my sleeping time!!!

slap yourself hard...........or ask someone to do that...........

really it works.............But dont do that too hard that u break ur face.......[3][3]

it happened with me too many times......then i asked my sister who learns martial arts to slap me on my face......and then booom ......my sleep has gone for hours...........

it has worked with me dear..............
every morning my sister used to wake me up with a big punch.......[3][3]
