Their scanner somehow read two of the H's as M's...
while verification of the form i was offered an option "Want to change"
or "No change"
In want to change they told to take out printout of the page and send the correction to them in hand.
how to know whether the correction has been done yet or not ?? [7]

one obvious way is call them and explain it and ask.

oh they've now uploaded the correction on their site. no problems.
