Ray optics --> Particle nature
Photoelectric effect --> Quantization
Bohr Model --> Particle nature
Radioactive Material --> Emit electromagnetic wave, wave nature, particle nature, quantization

for the matrix match:
A)particle nature of light is considered in ray optics.
B)photoelectric effect verifies particle nature of light as wave nature cant explain it according to which the energy of light depends on intensity.
also quantisation of energy as energy is absorbed in quanta(E=hv)
C)Bohr's model was stsed taking the particle nature of electron,quantisation of angular momentum of electron in the stationary states where the moving electron didnt radiate energy(according to maxwell's electromagnetic law),and also emission of energy when an electron jumps from higher to lower energy level.
D)A radioactive substance emits electromagnetic waves(phenomenon of radioactivity)
dont know why they've given I for D,though,think it should be only IV
