A travelling wave pulse is given by, y= 10/ 5+(x+2t)²

here x and y are in meter and t in second . In which direction and with what velocity is the pulse propagating? What is the amplitude of pulse?

in -x direction....
becuse at t=0...the graph's vertex will pass thru origin...and t=t1....it will be shifted to somwer in -x diretion
