A question about Biology...

Hello.

Since I am pursuing 12th for now, I have Bio as an optional subject. There's one NCERT question which asks about
- how to make orally active proteins
- What is the major problem encountered?

The second part is clear to me that the digestive enzymes and juices aren't much helpful with it - they degenerate it very fast. And so, things like Insulin are injected and not taken orally. It requires some kind of coating that vanishes only at the specified site in our body - and to prepare such a thing is beyond my knowledge. I could gain only half of the knowledge browsing through the net. Please help =)
Thanks.

There are two reasons -

Though I will be willing to score high in the entrances, I even wish to score good percentage and percentile for boards.

Second thing is though I am mainly an engineering student, a Computer student, I love Biology as a subject for study too. Its just that I love Computers more. Two years earlier, when I was undecided about myself, I had opted to go for Biotech... :p

EDIT: Since the link you provided had its server down I couldn't see the article. I wish to see it later. Until then thanks! =)
