11) btech met at iit kgp 2)m tech dual degree at iit m 3)b tech civil or chemical at iit g(but this option no need)
I am stuck now , i am in a dilemma that which programme to give priority -
1) IIT Madras Five years MTech dual degree in Metallurgy and Materials ,or
2) BTech four years in Metallurgy and Materials from IIT Kgp ,
3 ) Civil/chemical @ IITGuwahati .
Please rank them.
How is IIT Kgp as compared to madras ............ please rank these two ?
Also if any body can throw some light on the pros and cons of dual degree programmes ?

62Dont think at allj... Noting to be confused.
choices in this order
1) B Tech Meta at KGP
2) Mtech Dual at Madras
3) Chem at Guwahati
4) Civil at Guwahati
Both are equivalent. The basic boils down to where you are from.. if you are from bengal then kgp is good.. if you are from south.. then madras. (There is hardly any difference in the top 5 iits)
