Interesting Agent Sheena Chained Puzzle

Agent Sheena somehow managed to break the shackles (literally!) and flee from the triangular room to which she was chained and confined. In the middle of the night while her captors were asleep, she tried to let herself out from the window, down a ladder, into a dark alley. The wall of her building and the neighbouring building weren't exactly vertical, but were parallel to each other. There was a ladder placed against a wall of the neighbouring building too. The two ladders formed a lopsided X-shape, as shown in the figure. Each ladder's bottom was placed against the opposite building's wall. The vertical distance between the tops of the two ladders was 5 metres. Also, the top of the shorter ladder was 4 metres vertically higher than the point at which the two ladders appeared to intersect. Agent Sheena, while descending, stopped at the intersection point and looked around to see whether she was being followed. At this point, how high, vertically above the ground, was she? Provide a detailed explanation along with your answer.

P.S. Consider the ground to be flat and horizontal.
