06-03-09 Find force on charge with time

Two conducting spheres of radii r and 3r initially have charges 3q and q respectively. their separation is much larger than their radii. if they are joined by a conductor of high resistance, the force btween them at time T=t is ?

Sky gave this question.. I think this is a good question.. checks a few concepts...

its ike 2 point charges and some electric filed between them. now when we connect a conductor it would oppose the flow of charge.

the product of this charge and field gives the force

or am i totaaly wrong?

V(t) = IR

Idt = dQ

solving get F in terms of Q(t)
