1yes locus material is nice.... u can also buy mtg's P&C book.. or arihants algebra...
I too was too weak in perm amd com, & probability...... (could do board or aieee level though, not jee level), as i did not take any maths tution i decided to fortify my other strengths like, co-ordinate, algebra and calculus, trigo... It paid off!!

Just go for it use your mind
there will be times when you wont be able to solve.. then try for some more time.. see the solution and more importantly find what was the mistake in the solution you gave
That is the most important thing.. know your mistake! and understand it
