WAT DOES THIS EML MEANS.....

c sum ppl who get a rank in top 5000 n all may leave for medical exams n all..then when they leave for NITs,medical engineering exams n all...then IIT sees the EML. :)

P.S- There r thousands in this list and very few make it

Any one have any info about how many ppl are in this year's EML??

I AM IN EML. WHAT IS THE SCOPE? I MEAN IT IS WRITTEN IN THE BROCHURE THAT SOME INSTITUTIONS FILL THEIR SEATS THROUGH EML. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ARE THOSE INSTITUTIONS?

IIST, trivandrum for space n technology
and
IISe or some thing in pune which is for pure science stream

Out of them 10035 candidates have been declared qualified to seek admission for 8295 seats in the IITs at Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Mandi (H.P.), Patna, Punjab, Rajasthan and Roorkee, IT-BHU Varanasi

it states that 10035 candidates have be qualified out of which the first 8295 ranks will fill the seats and the rest 1740

are in the EML so only 1740 students are in the EML the rest bluffing or god knows their rank

hmm mag i think EML is a separate quota

see u can get upto AIR 10035

but if we are in EML are we gettin any rank ??

but im amazed by the fact that there are more EMLS than unqualifiers and rank getters!!!

i went to IIT M and saw the notice of jee results

there the max rank i cud see was in 7500s or so

hey celes remaining will be selected to IIST........dude...........

Guys post your eml ranks. Also if anybody knows upto what rank in eml can fetch a seat in iist??????

there r just 156 seats in IIST so u can urself think about the seats.....
