if a plane lx + my = 0 ________ 1

is rotated about its line of intersection with plane z=0 (which should be same as 1 i think)

so the new plane should have a "z" in its equation ??
am i right over here? if no please explain

as illustration you may write down new plane eq. in case rotation is done by "θ"
