the region in yellow is the required region

i.e( traingle ABC+ 3 rectangles formed of dimensions a*5 ,b*5,c*5 (wer a,b,c r sides of triangle))+3 sectors of a circle of radius 5 (subtendind 180-A ,180-B and 180-C)angles at teh centre)

well jus take the limiting condition wen P is on teh sides of the traingle ABC and then jus plot the region satisfying the given condiotion of PR≤5
