stop wasting time in asking such stupid questions
I mean come on
the alarm is relly ineffective
lolz
wat are we supposed to do in that
at least sleep for 6-7 hours and 7 hours daily in the week of JEE with sleeping time adjusted according to xams
Sleep is extremely imp for the working of brain and concentration
I remember I was never able to concentrate when I used to sleep less than 6 hours

as u have less time don read the shit I am writing below

"You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Well, who the hell else are you talkin' to? You talkin' to me? Well, I'm the only one here. Who the f--k do you think you're talkin' to?"

see ..,the no. of hours you spend for sleep will have a direct influence on your mind's power, recollecting ability and the like.
a sound sleep wil refresh your mind.a minimum of 6-7 hours sleep is necessary .to avoid being sleepy during study time, you may do one of these:

1) wash your face
2) keep walking for ten minutes every hour.
3)take a deep breath.breathe in and out for five minutes.
4)keep ur mind calm .this is the most important one of the lot
5)read magazines, or some good story books in between study timings.theyll make you enjoy ur study
GOOD LUCK.
