Does Gauss law for electric flux hold, in case of induced electric field due to time dependent magnetic field in a cylindrical region?
Is it the case that Gauss law for flux holds in conservative electric fields only???
a bit confused on this concept..!!!!!

I think it is valid only for conservative electrostatic field

and first of alll induced electric field is produced by changing magnetic field there is no nearby charge applied so ...
