Aditya Agarwal assume that current i1 flows left to right through the 100 ohm resistor and (i1-i) vertically downward through R. after getting the value of i1, try to find R, the answer will be negative.

I made some mistakes...the answer is 440 mA
i₃R=100i-20
and i₃R=40-200 I
:. i= 0.44A = 440 mA
