For a circle ... 2∩x = r [ where r is the common perimeter for all figs. ]

x = r/2∩ .... Area of circle = ∩*x2 = r2/4∩

For a square ... sides of square = r/4

Area os sq. = (r/4)2 = r2/16

For a triangle ... sides = r/3

Area of triangle = r2/(12√3)

Now compare the denominators .... lesser denominator value has larger area ....
