No.
structure of NMe3 is pyramidal but that of N(SiH3)3 is trigonal planar.
Hybridisation of N in NMe3 is sp3 and that in N(SiH3)3 is sp2.
The reason is that in N(SiH3)3 Si has empty d-orbital and N has a lone pair of electron so it donates its lone pair of electron into the empty d-orbital of Si forming a pπ-dπ back bond.

bhaiya plz explain d p pi-d pi back bond????
Gaurav Gardi back bond is formed when one of the bonding atoms has an empty d-orbital and another one has a lone pair of electron easily available for donation. In this example N has a lone pair of electron which is available for donation(due to its small size electron cloud density around it is very high) and Si has an empty d-orbital.As electron are transfered from p-orbital of N to d-orbital of Si it is called pπ-dπ back bond.
Anurag Ghosh Thank u bhaiya...:)
