1..for stability of complex compounds we have to consider charge on central atom or whether it is inner or outer orbital complex

13Fr stability of Coord.n Compounds-
i) Charge Density of the Central M. Atom (gr8ter the c-density, higher the stability).
ii) Better ligand/Better Lewis base/Strong field ligands form stabler complexes(usually N-containing ligands strong field hote hain)...also, generally inner orbital ones are more stable (there can be exceptions though).
iii) Complexes formed by Chelating ligands are relatively more stable.
Then, u can look fr more things like EAN, frequency of light absorbed etc...
