What is the difference between polydenticity and chelation?

The diff is the spellings
"Polydenticity" consists of 13 letters where as "chelation" consists of 9 letters.
Moreover, both differs in pronouncation.

PolyDENTED ligand is a ligand that has more than
one donor atom or more than one lone pair
like -SCN and -NCS

A chillating ligand is the one which which forms a ring this may or may not have more than one donor atom but has to have more than one donor atom

eg en(Ethylene diamine)
