Yep, sahi hai....but kaise ?

effective molarity is found to be twice that of molarity taken
=> that the molecule must dissociate into two substances (ions)

hence (b) (c) may be correct

but then Q mentions that CoCl2 : NH3 = 1:4 (so (b)) ignoring the outer Cl (disturbing the ratio)
