Q2. (d) I am sure. (a) is correct too.
(b) is incorrect because migratory aptitude is H > Ph > alkyl groups
(c) I am not sure of.

oximes fomation is hindered naa??

see NCERT part II (in carbonyl compds) as the N gets protonated and nucleophilic nature is destroyed..

Hmm okay but why is (d) incorrect?
Doesn't high pH mean extremely basic medium? How is oxime protonated in that case..
