Order of elctronegativity is:

F>Cl>Br

A more electronegative ion pulls the electron cloud towards itself and away from the central atom.

Hence the repulsion between the electron clouds of the 2 bonds joining the ion to the central atom decreases.

Therefore the bond angle decreases.

\thereforeOBr2>OCl2>OF2

  • Gaurav Gardi also size of Br>Cl>F so due to larger size Br atoms will try to go apart in order to overcome crowding(steric effect) therefore decreasing the effect of lone pair of electrons of oxygen on the bond pair of electrons. The above mentioned effect will be maximum in case of OBr2 and least in case of OF2 so bond angle in OBr2>OCl2>OF2
