neglect gravity as in question,(i just copied the qs as it is where they hav given the value of g), ashish cud u xplain how u proceeded??

See pressure is a scalar quantity. So, pressure in the fluid just above the hole is ρgd + F/A where A= area of cylinder = Πd2/4

Now, applying Bernoulli,
Take h=0 at the hole position . hence ρgh=0
(P0 + ρgd + F/A) + ρ(v1)2/2 = P0 + ρ(v2)2/2

==> taking A1 and A2 and then neglecting A2<<<A1

we get ρ(v2)2/2 = ρgd + F/A
As, gravity is neglected, ρgd=0

Put the necessary values and u get v2 = 4m/s

50 v2 = 200/0.25

v2 = 800/50
