The disc of radius R is confined to roll without slipping at A and B .If the plates have velocitites as shown,determine angular velocity of disc.....

Ans=3v/2R

V_A= V₀-Ï‰R = -V

V_B= V₀+Ï‰R = 2V

Take the difference,

2Ï‰R=3V

Ï‰=3V/2R

which means 3V/2R in the anti-clockwise direction
