in case of a soap film it s said tht surface tension act at exactly two surfaces cud someone elaborate this thing . i m unable to visualize the things

They hav given a problem, whr they hav given atm pressure, height of the lake, rad of buble at the bottom of the lake,dens of water....
what is the dens when it reaches the surface....
but the form includes surface tens.... how to calculate this??
