i m getting tan(α_max )= M√m² - M²

but u hav given M > m ?

ARCSIN(m₂/m₁)
OOPS m₁=M,m₂=m

i m getting tan(α_max )= M√m² - M²

i.e sin(α_max ) = Mm , but here M > m [7]

btw if jee topper's ans is right then , for M = 0 , i.e no stationary mass in m's path , then deviation shud be = 0 , whereas by jeetopper's ans it comes out to be undefined ??? [7]
