HOW IS mg OF THE RING OF A TYRE BALANCED?? PLZ.. HELP!!

The tyre is filled with fluid.. pressure at all pts inside the fluid being same, equal force aplied from all sides on the rim of the wheel..

NET FORCE ON THE TYRE RIM IS 0..THEN HOW IS THE WEIGHT OF THE RIM BALANCED ????

SOMEONE PLZ PLZ HELP..

MG acts at the center of mass of the rim. At the same time, the point of the rim that is in contact with the surface provides a Normal Reaction force. Both these forces fall in the same line and hence the body lies in equilibrium.

If however, anyhow this situation be changed so that they don't lie in the same line, a net torque would cause rolling of the body.
