And also from which logic you are saying that velocity is reduced bcoz for any t>2.5 you will find that the value of v is increasing.for this motion from initial stage of -ve velocity you will find that the velocity has increased

The velocity becomes zero at t=2.5
then it starts backward motion
But accln is constant i.e 2 m/s2 but still velocity reduces. why ??
