as length is twice and mass is four times..
and Is=KmL2
Ib=K(4m)(2L)2=16Is ..(i)

by parallel axis theorem
Ib=4Is+4m(l/√2)2
Ib=4Is+2mL2 ..(ii)

From (i) and (ii)

Is=ml2/6

Is=kmL2
Ib=8Is
2Is+2m(L/2)2=Ib

Solving for Is

Is=mL2/12
