If a cylindrical rod is dropped from a height 'h', Then at what angle should it strike the ground such that its angular momentum is maximum. The friction between the ground and the rod is 'μ', The length of the cylinder is 'L' and the diameter is 'D'.

First point i don't know whether U have posted Question wrong by mistake u should see that "angular momentum is max" is wrong statement . ang momentum about which point ????? u can't talk about ang mom without specifying reference point.
