If a rigid body is rotating about an axis passing through the point 2i -j - k and parallel to i-2j+2k with an angular velocity = 3 rad/sec , then find velocity of the point whose position vector is 2i + 3j - 4k :

v is w X r w is angular velocity r is radius vector

in given q
w=i-2j+2k
r is -(2i-j-k)+(2i+3j-4k)=4j-3k

so v=w X r = -2i +3j +4k
