since barrier is 0.7 volts so 0.7 volts frm the battery will be required by the diode to overcome the barrier and start conducting hence useful voltage is 3 - 0.7 = 2.3 V
now we know P = V.I so
→ P = 2.3 x 20 x 10-3 W = 46 x 10-3 W = 46 mW [1]
