or

This is the compound given-
Me Me
l l
P----- C ----O ----- C = CH₂ (P: Cyclohexyl group)

So, if we consider "P" as a side chain, our longest chain is-
CH₂=C-Me , with an ether group @ the 2nd carbon.

The name simply becomes-
2-(1-Cyclohexyl ethoxy)prop-1-ene

Of course, there can be many other ways to name it, but this, by far, is the simplest & most accurate. :)
