Cyclotrioxygen is unstable. Even though it follows octet rule,why is it unstable?

Each oxygen in it is sp3 hybridized. So, ideally, the angle between each bond pair for each oxygen must be 109.8°. But in this molecule, the angle is 60°(equilateral triangle), which causes heavy repulsion between the bond pairs, and thus destabilizes the molecule.
